At times, the perception of the body can become very intense.
Weight, posture, and points of contact with the environment feel more noticeable.
Each small muscular adjustment becomes more perceptible,
as if attention were increasing the body’s sensitivity.
The surrounding silence can create a stronger sense of stability.
And within that stability, the mind observes more than it intervenes.
There are no chains or external forces.
Only the experience of a resting body, perceived in great detail.
