Claire Dames, born on August 13, 1981, in Alameda County, California, is an American pornographic actress. She entered the adult film industry in 2007, at the age of 26. Since then, she has appeared in over 300 films and on numerous specialized adult websites. Prior to her debut in adult cinema, she worked as a dancer in Reno, Nevada. Her first anal sex scene was filmed in 2007 for the movie Big Wet Asses 12. In March 2007, Dames secured first place in the “Hottest Girl in Porn” contest and second place in the “Hottest Girl in Porn Newcomer” category.
Her undeniable charisma and the intensity she radiated in each of her performances quickly made her one of the most recognized figures on the adult scene of that era. Her magnetic presence and complete dedication in front of the camera not only made her easily memorable but also generated a constant desire in the audience to explore more of her extensive work.
In June 2009, Dames was arrested along with five other individuals, including Natasha Nice, and faced charges of public indecency, following a pornographic photoshoot conducted in a public location. Dames announced her retirement from the adult film industry in 2009. However, she returned to the adult film world shortly thereafter and, to this day, continues to make movies under the Brazzers brand.
Throughout her career, Claire Dames has received industry recognition. In 2008, she was awarded the iPorn Sexopolis Sunset Strip award for “Hottest Nipples.” She also garnered several AVN Award nominations: in 2008, for Best Oral Sex Scene in Sperm Splattered 4, and in 2009, with two additional nominations for Best Oral Sex Scene and Best Supporting Actress, both for her work in Night of the Giving Head.
