Misty Stone is an American adult film actress of African-American descent, she entered the industry in 2006 at the age of 20. Stone grew up in Inglewood, California, and also spent time in Omaha, Nebraska. In her youth, she described herself as not being “sexually open” and identified as a lesbian. She was also a high school basketball player. Stone quickly gained recognition, earning the moniker “Halle Berry of the porn industry” from The Root due to her broad appeal.

Stone appeared in the Season 7 premiere of Sons of Anarchy in 2014 and has held minor roles in films such as the Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Scarlett Johansson romantic comedy Don Jon (2013), the cable series Zane’s the Jump Off (2013), and the fantasy scifi Sexy Warriors (2014). Beyond acting, Stone launched her production company, Misty Stone Productions, in 2013.
Notably, her body was molded for a line of sex toys, making her the first Black performer to be molded by the company that manufactures Fleshlight. Politically, Stone voted for Barack Obama in the 2008 United States presidential election and voiced her support for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.
