Delilah “Vaniity” Kotero (Uruapan, Mexico, July 26, 1973) is a Mexican transgender pornographic actress. Her family emigrated to the United States when she was seven years old, settling in Sunnyvale, Northern California.
She has a large family, with six brothers and four sisters, and they are of Purépecha ethnicity. According to Vaniity, she was an effeminate child who unconsciously knew that she would grow up to become a transgender “woman.”

Although she is transgender and this possibility has existed since the mid-20th century, she does not intend to undergo sex reassignment surgery. Her main reason for this decision is the fear of losing genital sensitivity and no longer being able to have an orgasm.
She has an extensive filmography, as well as special appearances in series and documentaries such as The Man Show, Pornucopia, The Howard Stern Show, and Sexcetera. In 2004, she won an AVN award, becoming the first transgender woman to do so.
